Subject	I think my clutch is gone... want to clarify before I dig in

Message	Driving and I went to down shift into 2nd, asI let the clutch out it made a weird clicking sound and the pedal felt weird coming up. went to shift up and the pedal sunk to the floor. I pulled over and the car died because I had the clutch depressed but was apparently still partially engaged. Pulled car into nuetral ( felt weird tho), started the car up, clutch felt ok pressing in now, but would not go into any gear. Had it towed home. I got a one piece clutch line. Fluid is still topped off. Is there anything else that can fail that results in problems like this? or am I right in assuming my clutch is toasted? TT BEAST IN PROGRESS!
